Cold pressed hazelnut (Corylus avellana) oil
Light oil, rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E.
Hazelnut oil is quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy film, deeply moisturizing and nourishing the skin. It helps balance sebum production, being suitable for both oily and dry skin. Its astringent properties help tighten and tone skin, reducing the appearance of pores and keeping skin smooth and revitalized. In Transylvania we have forests full of hazelnuts and if the pickers are a little lucky, they also find enough hazelnuts unnoticed by the squirrels to be able to take them for processing. Some of these hazelnuts end up in a small family business in Șomcuta Mare, which transforms them into oil and which then reaches the Hodaia laboratory to be transformed into skin treatments.
Cold pressed sour-cherry seed oil (Prunus cerasus)
Rich in antioxidants, vitamins A and E, and essential fatty acids.
Sour cherry seed oil provides deep hydration and nourishment, improving skin texture and elasticity. Its antioxidant properties protect the skin from environmental damage and free radicals, preventing premature aging. It also promotes cell regeneration and reduces inflammation, keeping the skin young and vibrant. It is difficult to describe the pleasant delicious fruity smell of this rare and very hard to obtain oil. Even if it goes into a deep fusion with the other ingredients, you will still notice a subtle cherry flavor.
Cold pressed oil from black currant seeds (Ribes nigrum)
Rich in nutrients, antioxidants and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Blackcurrant seed oil nourishes and revitalizes the skin, reducing inflammation and redness. It helps restore the skin's natural barrier, providing deep hydration and protection against environmental damage. Its anti-inflammatory properties soothe irritated skin, making it ideal for sensitive and mature skin. An extremely rare and valuable oil, it is obtained by cold-pressing the tiny seeds of black currants, and to obtain one liter of oil, more than 12 kg of seeds are needed, the equivalent of more than a ton of fruit.
Clary sage (Salvia sclarea) essential oil
Antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and balancing properties.
Clary sage essential oil helps balance sebum production, making it suitable for oily and dry skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties soothe irritated skin, reducing redness and promoting luminous skin. It also has antimicrobial properties, protecting the skin from infection and maintaining overall skin health. Clary sage essential oil is produced in the Hodaia laboratory using the traditional steam distillation technique, from plants grown in their own gardens.
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) essential oil
Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and healing properties.
Yarrow essential oil helps soothe and calm the skin, reducing inflammation and irritation. Its antiseptic properties protect against infections, promoting skin health. It also supports skin healing and regeneration, being beneficial for treating minor wounds and improving skin texture. This very rare oil is produced in the Hodaia laboratory by steam distillation of mousetail plants collected from their own gardens and the wild. To obtain a few milliliters of oil, it is necessary to distill several tens of kg of plants.

How to use apply it
Before applying
Cleanse the face with a gentle cleanser and rinse well with lukewarm water. Pat the skin dry with a soft towel.
How to apply
Apply a few drops of the elixir to clean skin, massaging gently in circular motions over the face and neck until the oil is fully absorbed. It can be used alone or before your regular moisturizer.
Frequency of use
Use 1-2 times a day, morning and evening, for deep hydration and skin regeneration.

All Hodaia products are individually wrapped in recycled paper, recycled cardboard or wood wool. Even if they don't use foils, I can assure you that the products will be well packed, so that they reach you in good condition. Sometimes you may notice that you receive the package in a box that was previously used for packages. I think it is more important not to waste extra things and garbage. However, the products will be individually in new, clean packaging.
